Changing or Canceling Orders
Orders can be changed or canceled from the:
Changing an Order
- Order Status: Click Modify and the All-In-One Trade Tool will populate with the current order's details. Select the details you wish to change and click Preview and then press Place Order on the verification window.
- All-In-One Trade tool: After entering the symbol and populating the ticket, click on the Order Status tab in the column to the right of the ticket. Click on Modify next to the order you wish to change. Select the details you wish to change and click Preview and then press Place Order on the verification window.
Canceling an Order
- Order Status: Click Cancel and press the Cancel Order button on the verification window.
- All-In-One Trade tool: After entering the symbol and populating the ticket, click on the Order Status tab in the column to the right of the ticket. Click on Cancel next to the order you wish to change and press the Cancel Order button on the verification window.
Canceling Multiple Orders
- When viewing the Order Status page, click on the
icon in the upper right to Enable Multiple Cancel.
- The Order Status page will display check boxes to the right of each open order for you to select multiple open orders to cancel.
- Place a check in the boxes next to the orders you wish to cancel and click Cancel Selected, then press the Cancel Order button on the verification window.
